Kristin’s deepest calling is to hold space for connection and expansion, guiding others as they flow through the ever-changing currents of life. She is a movement and breath coach, yoga teacher, collaborator, mentor, and conduit, but above all, she is someone devoted to helping YOU come home to yourself.
At the core of her teaching is a belief that mindful movement brings growth and healing. Kristin creates an environment where you can explore your own path with tenderness and authenticity, allowing you to feel seen and supported as you move through your flow— whether you’re settling into breath and rest or digging deep for strength and vitality. In her personal practice, somatic healing, low-impact strength, and meditation have become guiding lights that are woven through every offering, creating a space that feels sacred and nurturing.
Kristin’s approach is deeply rooted in the belief that each body holds its own resilience and magic, and through her guidance, you’re invited to explore that with a sense of curiosity and self-love.

Movement has always been woven into the fabric of Kristin’s life, but her true yoga journey began in her 20s. During a particularly difficult season, she discovered the flow of vinyasa in the quiet of her living room. What started as a personal healing practice quickly grew into a profound passion that transformed her life. This shift sparked a deep desire to not only understand yoga on a deeper level but to share its gifts with others.
After completing her first 200-hour teacher training in 2015, Kristin immediately began offering classes at her local rock climbing gym, and since then, her journey of self-study has been constant and evolving. Somewhere along the way, she’s found her groove and a particular knack for the unseen work of studio management and mentoring other facilitators. Engaging in this life of practice has shaped how she interacts with the world— embracing deeper principles of embodiment, energy, flow, and the sacred connection between mind, body, and spirit. Over time, functional movement and subtle practices have become essential threads in her teaching, helping her see movement as more than just a task on a checklist, but as a gateway to connecting with the divine, both within ourselves and the world around us.
Kristin invites you to find what resonates with you and leave the rest behind. Her greatest hope is to guide you in cultivating a practice that not only feels good in your body, but nourishes your heart and mind as well, leading to a holistic and balanced approach to showing up as your most authentic self.
