Kristin Richmond guides movement for all levels of experience with a unique blend of intuition, playful spirit, and deep reverence for Yoga’s teachings.

Her journey began in her living room, where she discovered the transformative power of vinyasa during a challenging time in her life. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a deep passion, leading her to pursue certification. Today, as an E-RYT 200 and 500-hour yoga instructor, Kristin’s offerings span classical vinyasa yoga, yin, myofascial release, and pilates as well as studio management and mentorship, where she plays a key role in building welcoming and thriving communities. 

Her approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that the way we move on the mat mirrors how we interact with the world off the mat — and that mindful, intuitive movement can be an embodied practice that fosters radical self-acceptance and continuous growth. In both her group classes and private mentorship program, Kristin helps her students find their unique voice and deepen their personal practice; holding space for grounding, exploration, and personal transformation.

    SEPTEMBER 27th — Join Kristin and Veda for a special evening event as they come together bringing you their favorite practices of calibration and calm! This 90-minute practice is a slow and gentle exploration of your inner landscape through Yin, Myofascial Release, and Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing.

    OCTOBER 10th — Hot Slow Sculpt brings you the strength and functionality of Core Fusion at a chill pace that goes deeper into the core. Expect to incorporate light weights and resistance bands with full-range movements that strengthen and tone your body — and then melt into deep savasana with myofascial release at the end.
