    Kristin’s deepest calling is to hold space for connection and expansion, guiding others as they flow through the ever-changing currents of life. She is a movement and breath coach, yoga teacher, collaborator, mentor, and conduit, but above all, she is someone devoted to helping YOU come home to yourself.

    At the core of her teaching is a belief that mindful movement brings healing. She creates an environment where you can explore your own path with tenderness and authenticity, allowing you to feel seen and supported as you move through your flow— whether you’re settling into breath and reflection or digging deep for strength and vitality. In her personal practice, somatic healing, low-impact strength, and sacred sound have become guiding lights and her approach to movement is rooted in the belief that each body holds its own resilience just waiting to be explored with curiosity.
